Not every group decides to go for a hen party theme but groups that do certainly don’t regret it! There are hundreds and thousands of possible hen party themes out there but here are 7 themes for your 2017 hen party!
Sex and the City
Sex and the City is such a fabulous theme for your hen party! Most chicks we know love the hit programme and movie as much as we do! Do you and your friends constantly compare yourselves to the characters? If so this is defintely for you. Best thing about the Sex and the City theme is that it is jam packed full of glamour, YEEESSS! Team this theme up with a cocktail making class activity and you are good to go! Is that the sound of a Manhattan pouring we hear?
Black and White
Why not keep things simple with a black and white theme for the hen party. If the bride to be likes simple but sophisticated then she will love this! Get all of the chicks to dress in black and the bride to be wears white. Make sure to decorate/ wear black and white accessories as well to keep the theme running throughout!
80’s Chicks
If you are a bride to be that was born in the 80’s why not make your hen party 80’s themed! The 80’s was all about fun, colour and of course big hair. Time to get those leggings and backcombing brushes out chicks! One of the best activities to do for your 80’s themed hen is of course a Roller Skate Disco! It’s important to remember chicks that when it comes to the 80’s the more pattern and colour you’ve going on in your outfit the better!

When it comes to an Rock Chick themed hen party you have to remember that leather and black are the be all and end all. This is all about being as typically Irish as possible. Think old fashioned floral dresses below the knee, head scarves (to protect the perm), woolly cardigans and of course a pair of brogs or low heels. Get one of the chicks to dress up as Fr. Ted or get a random person in the pub to judge on who is the loveliest girl of them all!

A lot of ladies prefer to leave the theme out altogether and just dress in your best and enjoy a night out with the girls. This is great for a bride to be that doesn’t like all the attention focused on her. If the bride to be doesn’t want a big theme but still wants a little bit of notice why not throw in some hen party accessories into the mix.
