Decorate the garden for the occasion. We think a vintage theme is a beautiful way to design a garden themed hen party. Have a few tables in the garden to put the food and drinks on. If they are distressed it will really add to the vintage themed look, but we’re not striving for perfection so whatever you can get your hands on will do just fine! Add a vintage tablecloth, try something floral with pastel colours and you can’t go wrong.

Have a food display on the table with loads of sweets and treats like lemonade, shortbread biscuits and cakes. Vintage cutlery, cups and saucers will also look really beautiful. It’s a nice idea to put bunting and hanging votives throughout the trees. Keep in theme with the tablecloth and have pastel colours throughout. The hanging votives will especially look nice towards the evening time, when the daylight begins to fade light the candles. This adds to the setting and mood of the evening. Last but not least a beautiful flower display on the tables will tie the whole look together. When I think of a vintage theme flowers immediately come to mind.
