Often considered to be the go to activity for a stag party, an afternoon of Paintball will be something all the girls will thoroughly enjoy and talk about long into the night. What will shock you the most is how much you’ll get into it and how the normally quiet one of the group seems up for full on war games.

We can’t recommend paintball enough to our hen parties that are looking to break from the traditional hen party activities. You’ll be spending the day getting down and dirty and even though you’ll have overalls on, we suggest you wear clothes you don’t mind destroying and something to change into afterwards.

You’ll be given 100 paintball’s to start with so try and not waste half of them on shooting the bride to be. If adrenaline is your thing then this hen party activity is for you. As soon as the games start and paintball’s whizz by you’ll be trying to remember every action movie you’ve ever seen on what to do next. You’ll thank your other half for making you watching the likes of Die Hard, Predator and Rambo.

Paintball games will inevitably lead to some serious trash talking as you go about settling some scores with a few of the girls. We won’t lie getting hit by a paintball can sting a little but you’ll have safety gear on and will be briefed on the safety procedures for the day.

So get ready for a fantastic adrenaline pumping activity that will get you ready for an even bigger night ahead.
